Privacy Policy
Last updated October 23, 2026
Parlor is made by The Parlor Group LLC (“we”). The short version: Parlor does not collect any data. Your work lives on your iPad and in your own iCloud account, and we never see it.
What the app keeps, and where
The canvases, brushes, and palettes you bring into Parlor, along with the names and tags you give them, are stored on your iPad and in your own iCloud account. Parlor has no servers of its own, so none of it is ever sent to us.
Parlor uses Apple’s iCloud to keep your library in your account’s private storage. Only your Apple Account can reach it; we cannot read, change, or delete anything stored there. Apple holds it under Apple’s privacy policy, and if you turn on Advanced Data Protection, it is end-to-end encrypted. Your library counts toward your iCloud storage, and you can turn iCloud off for Parlor at any time in your iPad’s settings.
Tag suggestions are made on your iPad, not on the internet, by software that ships inside the app. They look only at the preview image Procreate shows for a canvas, never at the layers inside it. The software learns from your corrections on the iPad, and that learning is never sent to us.
What we collect
Nothing. Parlor has no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking, and it does not share data with third parties.
If you choose to share diagnostics with app developers in your iPad’s settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. Apple’s handling of that data is covered by Apple’s privacy policy.
Moving your work in and out
Files arrive in Parlor only when you share them in, and leave only when you export them. Where an export goes is up to you and the app you send it to.
Deleting your work
Deleting an item removes it from Parlor for good, on your iPad and in iCloud. Deleting the app removes what it kept on your iPad; your library stays in iCloud until you delete it, which you can do from your iPad’s iCloud storage settings.
This website
The same goes for this website: no cookies, no analytics, no third-party scripts, and no record of who visits.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date above. If Parlor ever adds a feature that sends data anywhere other than your own iCloud, this page will say so before that feature ships.
